Terms of Engagement

1. Scope of Services

 

Services will be provided as outlined in our written quote, which must be accepted before work commences. Additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

2. Fees and Payment

 

Fees will be specified in our quote and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

 

• Payment is due within [X] days of the invoice date.

• Late payments may incur interest at [X]% per month.

• Where applicable, a deposit or upfront payment may be required before services commence.

3. Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your information unless required by law or with your consent.

You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver services effectively. We are not liable for any delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

While we provide professional services to the best of our ability, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from the use of our advice or services, except where required by law.

6. Termination

 

Either party may terminate this engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Fees will apply for services provided up to the termination date.

7. Dispute Resolution

 

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith discussions. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before legal action is considered.

8. Acceptance of Terms

 

These Terms of Engagement must be accepted in writing before services commence.

 

A signed copy can be returned via email along with confirmation of the quote acceptance.
