How did we get here?

With 25 years of HR experience across private and public sectors in New Zealand and internationally. We’ve tackled everything from managing HR teams,  leading complex employment relations to supporting large-scale change management.

 

We adapt to any challenge—helping businesses and organisations build fair, compliant, and thriving workplaces.  Our focus is on practical, people-first solutions that create positive cultures and prevent disputes before they arise.

What are we doing here?

Anne Rocard Limited is a New Zealand-based HR consulting firm, specialising in Employment Relations and Change Management. Whether it’s mediation, advocacy, process development, or executive leasing, we provide expert support to both businesses and employees—helping workplaces run smoothly.

 

Like a wild turkey navigating new terrain, we tackle challenges head-on, bringing practical solutions to even the trickiest HR issues. And while we take our work seriously, we believe in having fun along the way—because great workplace culture starts with enjoying what you do.

 

We’re also big on giving back, offering half-price rates for charities and community organizations so they can access top-tier HR services without the hefty price tag.

 

Our mission is simple: empower managers, support employees, reduce disputes, and keep businesses compliant with NZ employment laws—all with a bit of personality and a few laughs along the way.

No matter your location we will discuss the most cost effective and practical way of working with you to give you the support you require. We are happy to work with you in person, online or at a place of your choosing.
